Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 6-12:

Charles Ryan Gilmore, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 15. His defense attorney is John S Mastrangelo.

Gilmore was arrested on Feb. 6 by Officer Diaz E of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Feb. 7. The bond was released on Nov. 16. The final judgment was on Nov. 16.

Gilmore is described as a 6-foot-2, 195 white 1 with red hair and hazel eyes. He was born on August 13, 1991, in TOMBALL, Texas. His last known address is 11939 WeSt. wold Drive ive, Tomball.

Brandon Joel Foster, 32, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 4 Foster was arrested on Feb. 7 by Officer Moody R of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *POSS CS PG4 AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Feb. 8. The bond was released on Dec. 20.

The case was dismissed on Dec. 20.

Foster is described as a 5-foot-11, 170 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 15, 1979, in ABILENE, Texas. His last known address is 20126 Yellow Cyn. Falls, Tomball.
