Montgomery County misdemeanor, Jan. 30-Feb. 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5:

Bryan Lee Fehrle, 37, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 10. His defense attorney is Alan J Baer.

Fehrle was arrested on Feb. 4 by Officer Gray of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Cash Bond posted a $2,500 bond on Feb. 4. The bond was released on June 28. The final judgment was on June 28.

Fehrle is described as a 5-foot-9, 172 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 23, 1974, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 11450 Maharrey Road, Tomball.
