Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 23-29

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 23-29:

Keith Christopher Brandon, 45, plead Guilty to a charge of reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 3. His defense attorney is Michael Valdez.

Brandon was arrested on Jan. 28 by Officer Brad Crandell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *RECKLESS DRIVING*.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 31. The bond was released on Oct. 24. On Oct. 24, the defendant received a straight fine.

Brandon is described as a 6-foot-0, 200 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on March 31, 1966, in PALESTINE, Texas. His last known address is 19818 TwiSt. ed Creek Drive ive, Tomball.

Julie Deann Morris, 34, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams she was charged with on March 23. Her defense attorney is Casey Loring.

Morris was arrested on Jan. 28 by Officer Aldridge of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 Az Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 29. The bond was released on July 25.

On July 25, the case was deferred.

Morris is described as a 5-foot-3, 160 white with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was born on September 7, 1977, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 327 WeSt. Huffsmith #702, Tomball.
