Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 9-15

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 9-15:

Jason Dennis Dejournett, 38, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on March 9.

Dejournett was arrested on Jan. 9 by Officer Brett Logan of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS CS PG 3

The case was dismissed on March 30.

Dejournett is described as a 5-foot-6, 190 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 27, 1973, in SAN DIEGO, California. His last known address is 5710 Whichway Drive ive, Humble.

Lashan Evette Green, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Jan. 18.

Green was arrested on Jan. 11 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Bankers Insurance Company posted a $1,000 bond on Jan. 12.

On Feb. 23, the case was deferred.

Green is described as a 5-foot-1, 130 B with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on July 28, 1990, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 615 Wilson Road #345, Humble.

Jose Gilberto Aguilar, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 20. His defense attorney is Michelle Finger Cantoni.

Aguilar was arrested on Jan. 13 by Officer Troost Kd of the HPD on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 16. The bond was released on Jan. 17.

On Jan. 17, the defendant received a straight fine.

Aguilar is described as a 5-foot-3, 170 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 21, 1991, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 15323 Waxwing Parks, Humble.

Anthony Andre Bell, 44, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 20. His defense attorney is Gilbert G Garcia.

Bell was arrested on Jan. 13 by Officer W P Barrick of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $600 bond on Jan. 14. The bond was released on Dec. 20. On Dec. 20, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Bell is described as a 5-foot-10, 321 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 12, 1967, in KS. His last known address is 4906 Winding Timbers, Humble.

Luis Miguel Rodriguez, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 20.

Rodriguez was arrested on Jan. 13 by Officer K D Troost of the HOUSTON PD on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on Jan. 15. The bond was released on Feb. 23. On Feb. 23, the defendant received a straight fine.

Rodriguez is described as a 5-foot-7, 190 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 15, 1990, in Texas. His last known address is 7003 Foxside, Humble.
