Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 2-8:

Brian Westley Colbert, 24, was charged with driving with an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, 6701-167 speeding and 167 poss drug para on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is William L Iii Pattillo.

Colbert was arrested on Jan. 7 by the Department of Public Safety on charges of *OPEN CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE*.

Pattillo, William posted a $640 bond on Dec. 6.

Colbert is described as a 6-foot-2, 250 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 13, 1987, in Texas. His last known address is 5523 Enchanted Timbers, Humble.
