Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 26-Jan. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 26-Jan. 1:

Derek Michael Draeger, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 12. His defense attorney is Karli Illich.

Draeger was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Chris Smith of the District Attorney's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Jan. 2. The bond was released on Oct. 25. The final judgment was on Oct. 25.

Draeger is described as a 5-foot-9, 200 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on September 3, 1989, in California. His last known address is 1103 Burning Tree Road, Humble.

Anthony Wayne Flores, 30, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Jan. 6. His defense attorney is Keith Valigura.

Flores was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Boudreaux of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND* and *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

On Jan. 7, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Flores is described as a 5-foot-9, 180 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 19, 1981, in Texas. His last known address is 3218 Grove Terr., Humble.
