Montgomery County arrests, Oct. 8

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 8:

Jos Corrales-Calderon, of 14102 Maple Lane, Humble, TX 77396, was arrested on alleged charges of NO DRIVERS LICENSE, driving without a driver's license, INS/IMMIGRATION and an INS immigration violation.

Gary Lewis Smitherman, of 8319 Stagewood, Humble, TX 77338, was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE and driving while intoxicated (third offense or more).
