Albert Lee Perez was arrested on charges of theft between $500 and $1,500, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving with an invalid license on April 30, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Perez, a 33 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 1, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 16403 Willowbank.
